Data and Credit Card Security HUSH Baby & Toddler Boutique takes the security of your information very seriously. As a result, we do not accept orders by e-mail. We will gladly accept your orders on-line at www.hushbaby.ca. We use Paypal to process all transactions. If at any time you believe the security of your account information has been compromised, please notify HUSH Baby & Toddler Boutique Customer Service. Should you discover an unauthorized use of your credit or debit card, you should immediately notify your card provider in accordance with the terms of your agreement with that company. Shipping We will do our best to ensure that all orders will be shipped 1 - 2 business days after it is placed. Arrival time will depend on the City you live in. You will be notified if any products are back ordered. If you place an order and it is determined that the address you have provided has been changed or corrected, directly by the shipper in order to deliver your package, and HUSH Baby & Toddler Boutique is charged for this, we will have to charge your card for this change. It is your responsibility as the recipient to make sure your delivery/billing information is correct. HUSH Baby & Toddler Boutique is not responsible for lost items due to incorrect delivery/billing information by the recipient. Your package will be shipped via Canada Post. Any custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. United States and International Residence Currently we do not ship to the U.S. or internationally, but please check back often as we hope to add this service soon. Return Policy We are not able to return merchandise that we have not received within a 30-day period from purchase date. You must include the original receipt when making your return. We will refund the original purchase price only. Shipping costs, custom charges, duties taxes and any other fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Items must be in salable condition and free from any damage. All containers, boxes, packaging must be undamaged and those items with tags or labeling must remain attached for return to be accepted. Inserts that accompany the item need to remain with the product retuned as originally shipped. Packaging up your Return We carefully package your outgoing shipment and require that returns are handled similarly. Please protect your return products by packaging them in the appropriate packaging to prevent shipping damage. All packages received with damage to the product due to improper packaging will be refused and returned to the recipient. Non-refundable Items Any item that has been sealed can not be returned if the seal has been broken or is not in original factory condition. Items that have been wrapped and boxed must remain in their original packaging condition (inside and out). Items can not be returned if worn, washed or used. All wearable or items that require sterilization and/or hygiene conditions can not be returned if opened or used due to health reasons.

Crediting Back Your Money A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise and original sales receipt and credited according to the original payment method. Return Procedure Follow the quick steps below and your credit refund will be processed. Be sure to retain your returns shipping receipt as proof of the return in case you need shipment tracking for your delivery service if it is misdirected or lost. We can not be responsible for lost or damaged items being returned to us. Items being returned must be free from damage and in salable condition. Any items that do not meet the requirements will be "Returned to Sender". Return Requirements E-mail Customer Service to let us know that you will be returning your product. Please give a brief description of the item(s) you are returning and what is wrong with them. Follow all return requirements. Package items in their original delivery package to carefully protecting them from shipping damage and write "return to sender" on the package. If this step is not followed - your package may not be returned to us. Changes to Policy HUSH Baby & Toddler Boutique reserves the right to change, modify or amend this policy from time to time without prior notice to you. We will post the changes here.
